Refund Policy
If you change your mind shortly after placing your order and want to request foryour order to be cancelled/changed you can do so byemailing customercare@zonaowen.com.Please include your full name, order number and email address within yourrequest. Our Customer Service Specialists will check if it is possible tocancel/change your order before it is dispatched and if so, they will confirm your
cancellation via email.
Cancellation and order changes due to customer remorse or incorrect purchasedecision must be received within 24 hours after placing the order, otherwise wemay not be able to change or cancel order processing.
As we work around the clock to dispatch orders as quickly as possible we maynot always be able to cancel/change your order once it has been placed. lf this isnot possible you will need to return it back to our warehouse once delivered for
a refund.
Are Returns Free?
Unfortunately, not. We are not currently offering free returns and it is thecustomer’s responsibility to send the item back to us.
How Do l Return an ltem?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same conditionthat you received it. lt must also be in the original packaging.
If you would like to return or exchange your item(s) purchased please send theseback to our warehouse for a refund or exchange. Note that Customization feesare non-refundable.
Your request of return needs to be filed within 14 days from the date your item isdelivered. lt is your responsibility to send the item(s) back to Lights ofScandinavia’s warehouseWe offer refunds to your original payment method when the item(s) has beenreturned to us.To process a return, please email customercare@zonaowen.com Lights of Scandinavia does not provide pre-paid return labels; you will be
responsible for covering the shipping costs to return.
Please keep an eye on your return as it makes its way back to us, your parcelremains your responsibility until we successfully receive this. Once you can seeyour parcel has reached us, please allow 2 business days for yourrefund/exchange to be completed. We will send you an email confrming whenthis has been done.
*Please note in sale periods it can take up to 5 business days for your return tobe processed once it has reached us.
Helpful Hint: Keep your proof of postage and ship your return along with atracking number as we are not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen
in-transit.
How Long Will My Return Take to Process?
Once your return or exchange has arrived back to us, we will refund or dispatchyour exchanged order within 2-3 days.
In SALE periods, due to the increase in volume, this process can take up to 7working days.
If you have checked your tracking number and your return has arrived back to usand it has surpassed the 7 working days, please drop us an emailat customercare@zonaowen.com
I’ve Received A Wrong ltem
In the unlikely event, you receive your parcel and there’s a wrong item please getin contact with our support team at customercare@zonaowen.com and they will
be able to assist you with this.
Refund due to items not received
If you, for some reason, have not received your package within 60 business days,
you can apply for a refund.Note that we do not replace or refund items that have shipped to a faultyaddress, provided by the customer itself.
Faulty Address
We do not bear any costs if the package doesn’t get picked up by the customeror in case of faulty address, provided by the customer itself.
Restocking fee
A restocking fee á 5% of the order value will be charged if any of the followingreasons apply:1. Customer refused the shipped item and it is returned to sender.2. Customer did not pick up the item in customs and it is returned to sender.3. The package is already in transit when the customer requested a cancellationthat is accepted by us (late notice).
Warranty
Our light fixtures have a limited two-year warranty. Should you haveany problem within this time frame, send us an email at customercare@zonaowen.com. We’ll make sure to evaluate the issue and sendyou a replacement part or a new fixture, if necessary. Failure to report a problemwithin 2 months from the date the package is delivered, no refund shall bemade. Therefore, it is advisable to check and test the package upon delivery.Only spare parts or new fixture will be given afterwards.
Note: Replacement claims are subject to Lights of Scandinavia’s warranty
guidelines and policies.
